- Mr. Feldman received his juris doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1988. He served as Recent Developments Editor of the Law Forum. Mr. Feldman earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1983. Mr. Feldman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. He is a member of the District of Columbia Bar (admitted 1991) and the Trial Bar of the Southern District of Florida (admitted 1990). After graduating from law school, Mr. Feldman served as a judicial law clerk for the 17th Judicial Circuit (Broward County). Mr. Feldman clerked for several circuit court judges, including the Hon. Mel Grossman, the Hon. Patti Henning and the Hon. Leroy Moe. Mr. Feldman entered private practice with Phillip M. Berman of Pompano Beach. There, Mr. Feldman served as an associate handling commercial litigation, contested divorces and personal injury matters. Mr. Feldman became a partner of the firm in 1993, and the firm was thereupon known as Berman & Feldman. Mr. Feldman started his own law firm in 1995.

- Mr. Feldman practices in the following areas:
Residential Real Estate Transactions, including acquisitions, sales and closings of all types of residences, including single-family, condominium and townhouses. Services also include preparation of contracts, legal review of all documents, including purchase agreements and leases.
Residential landlord and tenant matters including evictions and ejectment, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Title Insurance and Examination, including residential and commercial owners’ and mortgagee policies and property research. Title work performed as an agent of Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Probate, including drafting of wills and administering estates throughout Florida. Services include claims administration, disposing of creditor claims, distributing assets and resolving beneficiary disputes.
Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Family Law. Consultation and representation for Uncontested Divorces, Modifications and Child Support. Preparation of all pleadings, property settlement agreements up to and including attendance at final hearings for uncontested matters.
Civil litigation, including personal injury matters and breach of contract disputes.
